Joining is easy!! Send us a referral , who becomes a new patient and you will automatically become a VIP member. Being a member has its rewards. The program has 3 levels, the higher the level the better the perks!!You can also go on our website and print out additional care-to-share referrals cards as you need them….how convenient is that!
